Freshly revamped, this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom oasis is ready to provide complete comfort. Spacious, fully furnished, and clean. As with all of our spaces, linens and towels and all necessary elements like pots and pans are included in your stay.
The large living room features a Roku TV, a very comfortable oversized brown leather couch, a 4 person solid wood dining room table, and plenty of games and puzzles for your entertainment. Neutral colors provide a beautiful backdrop for comfortable living.
The main bedroom boasts two closets, complete with hangers, laundry basket, and a dresser. The comfortable full sized bed and night stand with room darkening curtain provide a great nights sleep.
The second bedroom also features a full sized bed, small dresser, and night stand as well as a closet complete with hangers and a laundry basket.
The butcher block center island comes complete with an outlet on the side for easy access to electricity. All essentials are provided with all of our rentals including dishes, flatware, cookware, cooking utensils, a blender, instant pot, crock pot, toaster, coffee maker, food storage containers, and cleaning essentials as well. The kitchen receives beautiful afternoon sunlight!
The huge deck is a fantastic place to grill or just relax in the sun! The private parking area is accessed through the back door as well. There is one off street parking space, and ample on street parking.
Located in Superior, WI, close to the Blatnik Bridge on Hammond Ave. just a quick freeway drive to the hospital district in Duluth, and close to hiking trails, a dog park and other local parks. The neighborhood has two grocery stores to choose from as well as a drug store and many eateries. There is also a local laundromat – but coin operated laundry is available in the basement as well!
